Personal Artist Statement

I come to the Arts Landscape as a Director, specializing in Intimacy, Human relationships, and Human desires. My background in Directing comes from a life lived as a Performer, a Producer, and a Psychological Behavioral Analyst. My motto is: “I observe, I listen, and I feel.”

I am both a storyteller and the biggest fan of Art. I work to create powerful life-changing theatrical experiences for everyone involved in my productions. At the same time, I work to create accessible and safe spaces to observe intense and necessary stories that promote awareness’s in other’s minds where there was not awareness before. I believe in strong text and story analysis and originality, showing both audiences and the artists’ involved things they never realized they could experience.

My lifetime Mission in the Arts as a Leader and Advocate is to lighten the burden/difficulty for people desiring to get into the Arts and making it their chosen career. Dreams are Universal. However, Achieving Dreams is a Privilege I desire to become more of a Reality. The goal of my work on the largest scale is to change the world for the better by changing humanity for the better. I do this through my work as a Director, Performer, Teacher, Producer, Entertainer, and Storyteller. I provide Opportunities for people, especially young adults in my productions and work with them to achieve and follow their Dreams in any field they choose. I achieve this by being a Champion for Voices of those often not heard or respected. Every day I continue to research, study, and implement global ideologies and healthy ways of Thinking, Feeling, and Experiencing into my Practice. I Share my Heart in everything that I do. In essence, I desire to Inspire those that need inspiring.
